Understanding how kids and teens think and feel about health & medicine.
Welcome to the Hearts & Minds study at the Heart Centre for Children at the Children's Hospital at Westmead!
We are doing research to learn more about how kids and teens cope with illness and how their parents can best support them, particularly when they're in hospital.
We work with children with heart disease but we’re also hoping to include healthy kids and teens in the study to better understand how all children cope with illness.
We are looking for healthy kids and teens (aged 6-17 years) and their mums to participate in research. Come and spend a few hours with us at the Children's Hospital at Westmead, helping to better understand children's developing minds and bodies.
Please take a look around the website or get in touch to find out more!
